Bell Let’s Talk Day – January 28, 2021

January 28, 2021

Caltech Surveys is joining the conversation to help end the stigma surrounding mental health. We know that for our team to be successful at home, in the office, or out in the field, it’s important that we take care of our employees’ mental health.

As part of our commitment to increase mental health in the workplace, several Caltech employees have been trained in mental health first aid. They are available to chat with anyone from our team who has a concern, for themselves or someone else they know, who might be struggling.

Bell Let’s Talk Day is a great reminder to take care of yourself and others. Recognize signs of stress and stay connected!

COR Maintenance Audit Complete

January 5, 2021
Health & Safety

Caltech’s COR maintenance audit was completed mid-November with certifying partner, Energy Safe Canada.

Energy Safety Canada is a well recognized certifying partner for the oil and gas industry. Their organizational goal of zero injuries and zero accidents aligns well with our own Caltech health and safety standards.

We are pleased to announce that the results are in and this year’s audit score was 97%!

Worksite inspections, meetings, and introducing critical internal training, are key reasons that we saw an increase in our audit results.

Thanks to everyone at Caltech, from field crews to management, for embracing and fully committing to our health and safety program.
